Products
ESL Series. The ESL 180 Series has been specially developed for low-speed granulation in the injection molding sector. The ESL 300 Series granulators are primarily intended for grinding scrap moldings and sprues from the injection and blow molding sector, especially larger moldings, such as car door liners, bumpers, or hollow bodies.
ESC Series. The ESC Series compact, soundproof granulators are designed with a fully enclosed soundproof box enclosure, resulting in extremely quiet operation. The enclosure allows quick and easy access to the cutting chamber for knife servicing and screen removal.
ESP Series. Conventional granulators have substantial problems handling long pipes and profiles. In most cases, cavities or platforms are needed to feed large and bulky materials. We developed the ESP Series with a level feed hopper so that long pieces can be fed easily.
ESS Series. The ESS Series shredder is perfect for size reduction in one stage to a final particle size of greater than 16 mm. The ESS Series is ideal for a variety of material, including large, voluminous and problem materials, lumps and purgings, plastics containers and drums, and film, fiber, or paper.
ESE Series. The ESE Series granulators provide a pivoting hopper via a mechanical screw jack with a drop down front access screen cradle provides easy access for routine maintenance and cleanout for color changes.
ESH Series. ESH series granulators provide superior cutting action with rotor knives that are positioned in accordance with the latest V-cut engineering technology. Contrary to the older cross-cut action for rotor knives, the V-cut configuration conveys the material toward the center of the rotor, avoiding material buildup at the side walls, as well as unnecessary wear.
EPS Series. The EPS Series shredders have been developed for the size reduction of pipes up to 51" (1,300mm) diameter from materials such as UPVC, PE and PP. Pipes up to 29.5 feet (9 meters) in length may be shredded without the need for pre-cutting. The shredder is available with two rotor diameters (39" and 56"), equipped with rotary cutters operating at low speed, ensuring smooth, efficient size reduction of pipes.

Direct drive shredder style rotor to reduce startup purge and flash to less than 4" particle that can be granulated by a beside the press granulator.
EXS Series. Designed for processing plastic waste for reclamation and recycling, large extruder purgings, large reject parts, trim scraps, baled or loose film, synthetic fiber, wood processing scrap, medical waste, cardboard, paper and carpet.
